The Changing Middle East: Effects on Israel’s Strategic Position and Doctrine

The disintegration of governments, states and borders, the emergence of new actors such as ISIS, the nuclear negotiations with Iran and the decline of US influence in the Middle East region have led to reassessment of old and new strategic threats to Israel. The lecture will analyze these threats and Israel’s strategies for addressing them.
